Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Nostalar at https://nostalar.com/.

We sell made-to-order T-shirts. Each item is produced after your order has been placed. This means that the total delivery time consists of two parts:

1. Fulfillment time: the time needed to produce and prepare your T-shirt for shipment.
2. Shipping time: the time needed by the carrier to deliver the parcel after fulfillment.

Fulfillment time

Our T-shirts are made to order by our fulfillment partner. Standard fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days.

Fulfillment times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, production capacity, public holidays, and other operational factors.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • European Union
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada

We may be unable to ship to certain remote areas, military addresses, PO boxes, or locations that are not supported by our carriers or fulfillment partner. If shipping to your address is not available, you will be informed during checkout or after your order is reviewed.

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times

The available shipping methods depend on the delivery country, the fulfillment location, the products ordered, and the shipping options available through our store and fulfillment partner at the time of checkout.

The delivery estimates below apply after fulfillment has been completed.

Please note that regardless of the estimated shipping times above, delivery to consumers in the European Union will take place no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract, as set out in our Terms of Service.

United States and Canada – domestic shipping

For orders shipped domestically within the United States or Canada, the following shipping methods may be available:

  • Flat Rate Standard: estimated 3-4 business days after fulfillment
  • Express: estimated 1–3 business days after fulfillment

International shipping from the United States or Canada

For international orders shipped from the United States or Canada, the following shipping methods may be available:

  • Flat Rate Standard: estimated 5–20 business days after fulfillment
  • Express: estimated 1–3 business days after fulfillment

International shipping from Europe

For international orders shipped from Europe, the following shipping methods may be available:

  • Flat Rate Standard: estimated 5–20 business days after fulfillment
  • Express: estimated 1–3 business days after fulfillment

Please note that not all shipping methods are available for every order, country, product, or address. The shipping methods and prices available for your order will be shown at checkout.

Total estimated delivery time

The total estimated delivery time is:

Fulfillment time + shipping time

Example:
If fulfillment takes 2–5 business days and the selected shipping method takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment, the total estimated delivery time is usually 5–9 business days.

Business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekends and public holidays are not included in fulfillment or shipping estimates.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. The final shipping price depends on the delivery address, shipping method, number of items, and applicable carrier or fulfillment rates.

Order tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the shipping label has been created.

Customs, import duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, missing information, inspections, or import procedures in the destination country.

Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure about possible import charges.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@nostalar.com. We can only update an address if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipping.

If delivery fails, is delayed, or a parcel is returned because you provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, you may be required to bear any additional costs arising from a repeat delivery attempt or return shipment.

Returned or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the parcel, failure to collect the parcel, or non-payment of import duties or fees, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or delayed orders

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, high order volume, weather events, public holidays, strikes, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time, please contact us at info@nostalar.com with your order number.

Returns and refunds

Changes and cancellations

Because our T-shirts are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@nostalar.com. If the order has already entered fulfillment, production, or shipping, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
